Published Books

The students wrote personal narratives about one of their favorite field trips from this year.  All the narratives included a beginning, middle, and ending.  After hand-writing and illustrating their stories, we "published" them to make them complete with front and back covers, title pages, dedication pages, and even authors' pages.  The students reillustrated them before sharing them with the class.  They got to sit in the teacher's chair and use a microphone to make sure everyone could enjoy their stories. The students should feel very proud of these narratives! I hope you enjoy listening to your child read them to you!
